Payworks and Verifone extend partnership

Verifone and Payworks have expanded their years-long partnership with the integration of two devices, the Verifone e355 mPOS and the VX 820 onto the Payworks platform. Through this extended partnership, acquirers and payment service providers are equipped to offer their merchants an easy-to-integrate POS solution.

Cellum and TransferTo unite to introduce digital wallets to payments network

TransferTo, a global Cross-Border Mobile Payments Network, have entered into strategic cooperation with Cellum, a leading multinational mobile wallet provider based in Europe, to offer international money transfer services to their partners via TransferTo’s single connection to over 1,500 companies worldwide.

TransferTo interlinks financial institutions and digital financial service providers globally to facilitate real-time international mobile airtime top-ups and money transfers to and from emerging markets. With a presence spanning more than 135 countries, millions benefit from its extensive nexus comprised of money transfer operators, mobile money operators, mobile wallets providers, banks, financial institutions, NGOs and global e-commerce merchants.

Cellum offers mobile wallet solutions to enterprises, such as banks, mobile network operators and large merchants, in a white-label model. Having launched its first mobile wallet in Asia in 2014, the cooperation will now allow Cellum to leverage TransferTo’s well-established network and offer services, such as international money transfers and mobile airtime top-up, to its business partners, who in turn will be able to better serve the needs of their end-users. Brazil’s Banpara Bank debuts automated branch

Voxel Digital, a Brazilian integrator, has implemented TrueConf solution into Banpará Bank digital branch to move towards fully automated customer service powered by TrueConf Server video conferencing.

Banpará Bank has opened a new automated branch without employees. Instead, all the work is performed with the help of ATMs, interactive kiosks and remote call agents. In this project, TrueConf and Voxel Digital built a secured video conferencing system with user-friendly interface to connect call centers and automated meeting room.

Finding a right video conferencing solution was a long process for Voxel Digital. The company tried products by different vendors before finally opting for TrueConf. Bank video conferencing infrastructure is powered by TrueConf Server, while TrueConf Terminal is used to equip endpoints.

The integrator developed customized interface based on TrueConf API. Thanks to this solution, customers can initiate and terminate video calls with the help of corresponding buttons of the speakerphone located on the meeting room table.

French suburban railway network tickets go mobile with Wordline

Worldline [Euronext: WLN], Worldline [Euronext: WLN], the European market leader in payment and transaction services,has been selected by Transilien for its Mobile Acceptance solution to manage the payment and regularization of tickets on-the-go. Already installed on c. 100 terminals, the solution will be deployed in the first half of 2018 on 300 terminals.

The constant evolution of travellers’ expectations and uses (increased mobile use, consumption of mobility as a service, journeys’ fluidity using different transport means, etc.) pushes mobility stakeholders to deliver their services innovatively in order to simplify the customer experience.

With Transilien, purchasing tickets becomes simple and secure. Since March 2017, Transilien has implemented on-the-go tickets sales at stations and during public or professional events thanks to Worldline’s solution, WL Mobile Acceptance.
