Bank of America celebrated the grand opening of its newly renovated Stanford financial center located at 3000 El Camino Real. Much more than a bank branch, the new financial center is a destination for clients to connect to all of Bank of America’s financial services, personalized solutions and expertise needed to help them with their financial decisions.
Specifically, the financial center features a new design layout and a host of new finishes, such as a digital demonstration counter with iPads showcasing mobile and online banking platforms, new waiting area amenities, and private offices for providing financial advice to clients.
“This financial center is unique in several ways, including its use of digital interface throughout the location to expand client convenience, such as digital appointments for advice with financial needs,” said Raquel Gonzalez, Silicon Valley market president, Bank of America. “This center demonstrates the bank’s ongoing convergence of high-tech and high-touch personal service. We look forward to engaging with clients in our new space and welcome anyone to stop by and learn more about what we offer.”
Bank of America serves more than 670,000 households in the greater Silicon Valley through its network of 73 financial centers and more than 280 ATMs.
The full complement of specialists will be housed onsite to provide advice to customers, including a Merrill Edge financial solutions advisor (FSA), mortgage loan officer and a small business banker.
