iTellio, the cloud-based, ATM management platform that allows independent ATM deployers to monitor and control any retail model ATM from anywhere, announced that it has integrated with Morphis, Inc.
With the power of Morphis, iTellio will be able to deliver the industry’s most accurate, cash forecasting solution to small and mid-sized IADs and give independent ATM deployers (IADs) enterprise level capability at an affordable price via the iTellio software as a solution (SaaS) tool suite.
“Cash Forecasting is just as important for the ATM deployer with less than 100 terminals as it is for the IAD with over 1,000 terminals,” Eric Fondren, the CEO and co-founder of iTellio stated. “In fact, it may be even more crucial, since the smaller IAD is more likely to use their own cash or pay more for vaulting agreements due to their size.”
The iTellio-Morphis collaboration gives anyone who operates an ATM the ability to accurately predict cash usage across their fleet, and combined with the rest of the iTellio features this means less downtime and more revenue.
“I’ve been a big of fan of iTellio since we first met. Being able to communicate directly with the ATM in real-time, from anywhere, is a game changer in my view. By layering Morphis’ cash management technology on top of iTellio’s already rich user interface, we can now put our world-class ATM cash management solution within reach of even the smallest operators,” said Morphis CEO Gary Faulkner. “By partnering with iTellio, we are able to extend our reach to provide smaller ATM operators with a solution that fits their needs but at a price that is scaled down for the little guy.”
Originally operated as an IAD under the name FreeATM, in 2015 iTellio pivoted to a SaaS company offering their proprietary ATM management software to the broader ATM industry under the new brand name. Simply by enabling manufacturer specific remote monitoring specific (RMS) features at the ATM, IADs can remotely diagnose device errors, reboot ATMs, push out marketing content, review historical transaction records and predict terminal specific, and cash usage from any internet capable device including a smart phone or tablet.
