Ali Kürşad Bostan, who has 15 years of experience in the finance sector, has joined Colendi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Colendi develops different services based on scoring algorithms by combining new generation financial technology solutions with artificial intelligence and big data.
Ali Kürşad Bostan, who has already made significant contributions to the development of the financial technology sector in Turkey, is bringing his knowledge and experience to Colendi.
Ali Kürşad Bostan joined Multinet Up as the Strategic Planning Director in 2013, and served as the CFO of Multinet Up since 2014. In his position at Multinet Up, Bostan, managed the financial affairs, legal, administrative affairs, acquisition, and compliance processes of the company and its subsidiaries, and was the signatory and board member of ininal, iPara and the other group companies. He also initiated and managed the electronic money license applications and payment institution authorization certificates for ininal and iPara.
Prior to Multinet Up, Bostan had served as a consultant in 3 Seas Capital Partners and Quattro Business Consulting regarding M&A activities in different sectors, across Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Turkey. He also worked as a consultant and senior consultant in projects such as strategic planning, restructuring of business processes, organizational restructuring, post-purchase integration, and corporate performance management.
Ali Kürşad Bostan continues to serve as a member in organizations such as Yased, TOBB and Financial Technologies Council.
